Lil Lions' Martial Arts

This program is specially designed for ages 3-5 years old. You will be amazed by the level of martial arts ability and confidence your child can achieve at this age. The focus and discipline your child develops now will stick with them for life, and they will become unstoppable in everything they do! Our classes are always fun, safe, & interactive! Our instructors specialize in facilitating the learning process for children of all fitness & attention levels.

Children's Taekwondo (Korean Karate)

This program is designed for ages 5-10 years old. Our instructors provide the most exciting and innovative program in the area of child development. Your child will have FUN, while learning courtesy, responsibility, integrity, self-control, perseverance, & focus. Our students gain the confidence to stand up to bullies, along with the respect and discipline to not become bullies. We facilitate our students on their journey toward becoming black belt leaders.

Mixed Age Taekwondo (Korean Karate)

This program is designed for ages 9-13 years old. Our interactive classes focus on four pillars: physical fitness, martial arts, self-defense, and character development. Our students learn the fundamentals of self-defense, concepts of martial arts competition, and the beautiful intricacies of the artistic nature of Taekwondo. They will learn self-defense concepts and techniques from other arts including: Judo, Kickboxing, Hapkido, and Krav Maga.

Maximum Children's Fitness Kickboxing

This program is designed for ages 8-13 years old. This is a fun, exciting and age-appropriate program which is focused on physical fitness, while still teaching positive character development. The fast paced, fun-filled action of the class will be sure to make your child sweat! This class is full of energy and enthusiasm. This is not a run of the mill cardio-kickboxing class, but instead a class truly meant to help your child be physically fit, to foster high levels of self-confidence, and to learn the tried-and-true fundamentals of kickboxing in a safe. controlled manner.

Maximum Fitness Kickboxing

This program is designed for ages 13 years & above. This is a very fun and exciting class for teens and adults looking to get into shape. The fast paced, action-packed fun of the class will be sure to make you sweat! This class is full of energy and enthusiasm. Even with the high-intensity nature of this class, we still foster a SAFE and friendly environment. This is not a run of the mill cardio-kickboxing class, but instead a class truly meant to help you achieve your physical fitness goals, to challenge yourself, and to learn the tried-and-true fundamentals of kickboxing! We teach a mixture of Muay Thai, Taekwondo kicking, and American Boxing, making a very versatile style of kickboxing.

Foundation Hapkido & Self-Defense

This program is designed for ages 13 year & above. The art of Hapkido, derived from Daito-Ryu Aikijujitsu along with TangSooDo (Korean Karate) is considered a full martial art with all ranges of fighting distance, utilizing kicks, punches, knees, elbows, dynamic joint locks, throws, and grappling techniques. This style of martial art also incorporates many practical weapons, such as knives, short sticks, canes and rope. The technical applications of Hapkido can range from police tactics to effective self-defense for anyone, including those who are small in stature. Our instructors are constantly training to bring new challenges to our students. We are highly focused on presenting a highly effective self-defense system with techniques that meet the needs of today’s world. Students are challenged both mentally and physically in this comprehensive martial arts program, producing well rounded black belts!

Adult Low Impact Taekwondo (Korean Karate)

This program is specifically designed to facilitate age appropriate training for adult students ages 35 yrs and above. This class focuses on a traditional approach to Korean Martial Arts, while largely eliminating most of the heavily ballistic movements, which can be dangerous to practice, as students get up higher in age. Our classes have been proven to help with balance, flexibility, better overall physical fitness, mental clarity, while giving a solid foundation of self-defense training.

Maximum Impact Women's Self-Defense

This program is designed for ages 13 years & above. This class is highly focused on the asymmetric, and many times the harsh realities of true self-defense especially for Women. Most Women’s Self-Defense Classes teach moves which don’t correspond with the realities of truly violent encounters. This class deals with the adrenal response syndrome, helping you to survive an attack under stress. Our program presents real life scenarios and teaches how to deal with them, using verbal de-escalation, situational awareness, and streetwise survival tactics. This program is meant to make you a hard target, a victor instead of a victim… If you are truly serious about learning self-defense, this class is meant for you!
